Return & Replacement Policy
'Order Instant' offers free replacement for defective, not as described items so please make sure you are ordering /buying the right phone. If the item is defective, not as described (DOA), you can return it for replacement.
The customer should inspect and test the item upon arrival and if there is any issue please report it to 'Order Instant' within 3 days. We test every item before we ship them but please make sure to test the item once you receive it too.
If a defect or damaged or DOA is complaint is filed after 3 days it will be very difficult for ‘Order Instant’ to return the item to the supplier hence replace it for you
Customers have the option of buying Square Trade warranty for up to 2 years for bought items for cost of less than a penny a day.
Most of our phones come without factory warranty, if it any phone comes with factory warranty it will be clearly stated in the listing other wise please assume that it doesn’t come with factory warranty.
‘Order Instant’ will not be liable for any damage or break down of mobile phones if it has no factory warranty or if the customer has not bought Square Trade warranty.;
Customers are requested to check compatibility issues with their service provider before purchasing the item. If the phone is unbranded the MMS, browser and few other features won’t work unless you configure the phone with your service provider.
In some areas service providers are using different frequency band than what they have posted, in such a case the phone might not work in that area, so please check before you buy the item.

All our phones are unbranded and unlocked hence some features might be disabled. Most of the phones are international versions; customers are therefore responsible for internet and multimedia settings.
